A Brief History:
The Fender® Jaguar® is an offset body style guitar with a unique switching system introduced in 1962. The Jaguar® was meant to be a high end model guitar however it was discontinued in 1975 due to its low popularity. As it became adopted by punk and alternative rockers in the late 1980's and 1990's a reissue model was introduced in 1999 and continues as part of Fender®'s current production.
