We ship internationally and will try and answer your questions about our international shipping department here. If you do not find an answer, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-877-WDMUSIC . How do I select shipping / find out cost of shipping?
FedEx Ground and Air do not ship outside the USA. For international orders please choose International Express.
Can I change the currency?
Currently all of the amounts are listed in American dollars. We have been working on adding other currencies to improve your shopping experience.
What happens if I select the wrong shipping type?
If you select the wrong shipping type, we will still try and find a way to get the package to you for the price quoted. Usually this is very hard to do since international shipping is more expensive. Generally, we will contact you for the difference and it may delay your order slightly.
I have special shipping requests / instructions!
No problem! We cater to our international clients and any request made when shipping. Our shipping department will work diligently to ensure your package is sent the way you want it! Special directions can be added when ordering in the "Additional Information" section of the order. Whether you need it put behind the side gate or special labels placed on it, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do specials apply internationally?
Yes! Our specials are open for all of our clients on sale items (excluding shipping
specials).
What about free shipping specials?
Generally we try and ensure everyone gets free shipping when it is offered. To
take part, make sure you become a member or join our newsletter! If the items
labeled with free shipping will cost more, we will make note of it. Unfortunately,
shipping specials do not apply to orders outside of the continental U.S.
Customs:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information.
