Ceramic / D.C. =7.5k- WD is proud to distribute the Kent Armstrong 'Burns Tri-Sonic' pickups. Enclosed in a chrome cover, true to the original vintage design, the Armstrong 'Tri-Sonic' is a wonderfully unique sounding pickup that's easy on the eyes. The power and punch of a ceramic magnet is used to produce a sweet, full-sounding tone, characterized by tight lows, light mids, and airy highs. Somewhere between the quack of a single coil and the growl of a p-90, the Burns Tri-Sonic is a welcome addition to the ever-growing line of vintage-styled Armstrong pickups.

this pickup can be used in a conventional single coil body rout with a little 'coaxing.' you may have to do some minor dremeling in some instances. You will most definitely need a special pickguard and our pickguard department will be happy to provide this.
